We had an amazing weekend at the Pac 10 Track and Field Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene Oregon.  Stand out performances by the University of Oregon, winning the men's and women's team titles together for the first time in school history.

We saw some stellar distant running by the Oregon men today. Matthrew Centrowitz, Galen Rupp and Andrew Wheating went 1-2-3 in the 1500 meters, bringing the crowd to its feet during a dramatic finish.  Watch Andrew Wheating come from behind to catch last year's champion (Stanford runner) to claim 3rd place.

Amazingly, Wheating comes back and does it again in the 800 meters -- this time out-kicking USC’s Irek Sekretarski. The race was so close that Sekretarski raised his finger in vicory, only to realize seconds later that Wheating caught him at the finish line by .02 seconds.

I've included some more quick videos.  Hope you enjoy these.
