Uncle Fumi shared the recipe for spam musubi last month. It was the first I heard of it. It is very popular in Hawaii, much like chicken strips would be popular here, or maybe smoked salmon. Uncle Albert, Aunt Judy and I had spam musubi the next day from the Don Quixote store in Honolulu.
